There are so many refineries in Utah that this one is just a drop in the tanker. Silver Eagle will soon be back price-fixing along with Chevron, Flying J, Holly, Tesoro, Foreland, Nuset, Summit, Golden Eagle, and all the rest.

The perplexing news is why surplus inventory from other areas was not used to keep pump prices lower for the consumer. This indicates a flaw in the overall distribution system which should be corrected.

The refinery that had one of its units blow up was one of the, if not the smallest. What this continues to demonstrate is the fact that gouging is alive and well.
