I don't drink and drive. For those who are repeat offenders of DWI, judges have made such offenders put devices like this on their car at their own cost. Why sould everyone have to pay extra for obeying the law?

I really do not see why the non-alcohol drinking driver should have to pay for the equipment since it will not effect him. However, if having the feature on the vehicle reduces insurance costs dramatically for owners of those cars, then it would be acceptable to me.

I'm only against making the general public pay for it. Make the drunk drivers pay for the technology.
